Robert MonzingoPA-C

Founder, Main Provider & Clinical Director

Robert served as a Special Forces Medic and Emergency Medicine Physician Assistant in the U.S. Army, providing medical coverage for military personnel around the world. He later worked as a Flight Surgeon and chief medical provider for civilians, with postings in Heidelberg (Germany), Colorado, Massachusetts and Texas. His extensive background in primary care and his experience caring for tactical athletes — including firefighters and police officers — form the foundation of Freedom Total Wellness.

Dr. Tim HartmanD.O.

Medical Director & Supervising Physician

Dr. Hartman brings decades of experience as an ER physician and as the City of McKinney's EMS Director. He is board-certified in Emergency Medicine, completed a Fellowship in Occupational Medicine, and developed the WORKWELL program for tactical athletes in law enforcement and fire services. He has maintained a 30-year professional partnership with Robert Monzingo. Married for more than 48 years, he has two adult children and five grandchildren.

Maggie Monzingo

Practice Manager

With a background spanning nursing, EMT, phlebotomy, X-ray and small-business ownership, Maggie is a mentor to new medical assistants — teaching a wide range of nursing skills and emphasizing treating the patient as a whole, not just individual symptoms. She actively manages the clinic's occupational medicine contracts. Maggie and her husband Bob have been married over 30 years and have nine children together. They are the heart of Freedom Total Wellness.

Rossana Garza

Office Manager

Rossana established the Occupational Medicine program for the City of Frisco eleven years ago alongside Bob. Her organizational abilities and attention to detail have driven the program's growth and made her the city's trusted contact. Described as the heartbeat of Freedom Total Wellness, she grounds the team and has been instrumental in building the clinic's footprint in Frisco. She lives in Anna with her husband and two children.

Robyn Harris

Front Desk Administrator

Robyn brings the sunshine into our day. Quick, efficient, knowledgeable and welcoming, she goes well beyond standard front-desk duties. Her positive demeanor significantly elevates every patient's experience from the moment they walk in.

Elle Roberts

Lead Medical Assistant

Elle has proven to be a quick study in her new role as MA Lead. Not too many months out of her training, she became a solid member of our clinical team as she effortlessly takes on new challenges. She's a delight to all those around her and brings the sparkle to each day.
