Direct Primary Care
One simple monthly membership for you and your adult family members. No insurance red tape — just unhurried time with your provider and care focused on keeping you performing at your peak.

Care on your terms — not the insurance company's
Insurance mandates, decreasing reimbursements and endless administrative paperwork have taken more and more of our time away from what we do best — taking care of you.
Direct Primary Care lets us opt out of those restrictions, protect your provider's time and focus entirely on you, our 1st Responder patients and your adult family members. Hormone optimization remains the foundation of your health, and it remains the foundation of our care.
What your membership includes
Transparent pricing: No co-pays, no hidden fees and zero surprise bills.
Same or next-day sick visits: Acute appointments with little or no time in the waiting room.
Unhurried visits: 30 to 60 minute appointments — no rushed conversations.
Pelleting at cost: Hormone pellet pricing drastically reduced for both men and women.
Lab work: Labs still go through your insurance. Self-pay lab fees are a fraction of what they are today.

Common questions
You pay a simple, affordable monthly membership fee — similar to a gym membership or streaming service — that covers your primary care and/or hormone needs. Under this model we no longer accept or bill commercial health insurance plans.
Keep your commercial health insurance or high-deductible plan. It will still work exactly as it always has for services outside our clinic, including specialist visits, hospitalizations, surgeries, ER visits, X-rays and prescription medications. Lab work also continues to be sent through your insurance.
Yes! Our monthly membership fees are designed to align with IRS guidelines. Because our individual and family rates fall within federal safe-harbor limits, your membership is compatible with a High-Deductible Health Plan (HDHP) and will not jeopardize your ability to contribute pre-tax dollars to your HSA.
Yes. Under current tax rules, you can use your HSA debit card or request reimbursement from your HSA provider to pay your monthly membership fees. HSA/FSA accounts have been approved for DPC fees.
To keep your HSA active and compliant, the IRS requires that individual memberships stay at or below $150/month and family memberships at or below $300/month — our plans are capped within these limits. Care must also remain primary: your membership covers comprehensive primary, preventive and urgent care, not major surgeries, hospitalizations or specialist care. If you need specialty care, we'll refer you out, and those services can be billed to your insurance or paid out-of-pocket toward your deductible.
Yes — family members 13 and older can join. Family pricing covers 2 adults and one child ages 13–17, and each additional child ages 13–17 is $39/month. Adult family members 18 and up join the Complete Primary Care tier at $85/month, and college-age children of members can be seen for $149 per office visit. Total family pricing is capped at $300/month. Our practice cares for adolescents and adults, so for children under 13 we're happy to recommend a trusted pediatric provider.
Established patients have priority enrollment starting now. If you choose not to transition, we will continue to see you under your current insurance until December 31, 2026, and will gladly help transfer your medical records to another clinic.
Disclaimer: While we structure our fees for HSA compatibility, every insurance plan and employer setup is different. We always recommend confirming your specific plan rules with your CPA or tax professional.
