We accept most PPO and Open Access plans. We are unable to accept CIGNA Local Plus, HMO policies, Medicare, Medicaid, Liberty HealthShare, United WellMed, Superior Health, North Texas Market plans, or Baylor Scott & White. Please call us if you have questions about your specific plan.
Yes. We offer transparent self-pay pricing for patients without insurance or those who prefer to pay out of pocket. You can view our current pricing on the Self Pay page.
Prescription refills are available by contacting the office directly. Our team will coordinate with your provider to process your request.

We're open Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed Friday through Sunday.
